Thank you for ordering with Negative PID. You will receive shortly a confirmation of your order via email. The email will also include the details on the status of the order and the information to get in touch with the person processing your request.

Once your order has been submitted from the website, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number, and our contacts. When the order has been taken in charge, you will also receive status updates. Our staff will be in touch for any clarifications or missing details if needed. If everything looks good, you will also receive the invoice for your payment.
Every service or solution has a specific delivery time. You will find that information in the summary page from where you have started the order. More information is available in the specific T&Cs. All delivery times start from the day the payment has been received. If, for example, you have paid via bank transfer, your order will be taken charge of only the payment will be visible in our bank accounts. We will inform you if we don’t see it within standard times.
Turnaround times might be affected by high order volumes, bank holidays, or unexpected technical issues such as outages. In such cases we will update your order status by email and keep you in the loop. It’s always a good idea to book a service a few days in advance on your deadlines.
Once we have received your order, we will review it and send you instructions on how to prepare, if needed.
If you have places the order by mistake, you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours. However, if the payment has already gone through the system, we won’t be able to refund the administrative fees. If you change your mind after we have already started processing the service or your request, a refund won’t be possible.
If you have incorrectly placed an order for a service or a solution, and the payment has already gone through, you can request the order to be amended without any additional fees or charges. However, if you request a full or partial refund, the administrative fees will not be returned.

But at Negative PID we go the extra mile: all of our communications use end-to-end encryption in addition at-rest encryption and storage, so when we store and transmit confidential information about you and your environment, it is done securely.
